Women’s March Goes Down as Biggest Protest in US History, 2.9 Million March

An estimated 2.9 million people took to the streets worldwide the day after Donald Trump’s inauguration. The march will go down in history as the biggest protest in US history. Organizers said the march sent the message to Trump that “women’s rights are human rights.”

WATCH the Women’s March on Washington Live

The National Mall is seeing a hundreds of thousands of visitors for the second day in a row as people are starting to gather in the capital for the Women’s March. A number of high-profile speakers are expected to address those at the rally, including Gloria Steinem, Planned Parenthood’s president Cecile Roberts, and director Michael Moore.
