Stacey Abrams’ Romance Novels Reissued Ahead of Possible 2022 Run for Governor

Did you know that Stacey Abrams was a romance novelist prior to her work registering voters for the organization Fair Fight?
Abrams’ first three romance novels will be reissued in 2022, 20 years after they were first published.
“As my first novels, they remain incredibly special to me. The characters and their adventures are what I’d wished to read as a young Black woman — stories that showcase women of color as nuanced, determined, and exciting,” Abrams said in a statement.
Abrams wrote eight romance novels under the pen name Selena Montgomery.
Would you read these romance novels? If you could choose a pen name, what would it be?
