What You Need To Know About HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training

Good Morning WHUR Family,

It’s “Fitness Friday” With Your Exercise Program and Meal of The Day. Me? I’m doing absolutely fabulous, Laughing!

Exercise Program: 

HIIT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise. Alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.  HIIT is the concept where you perform a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, repeatedly, for a determined period of time. Typically lasting under 30 minutes or based on your current Fitness Level.

Meal of The Day:

We’re going to make an Easy and Healthy Chicken Florentine. This dish has the most incredible flavor relationship between tomatoes and spinach. The benefits are: low in calories, fat and cholesterol, but high in protein. And the taste is always on point!
