Kenny Lattimore Talks New Single “Push” And Nearly Giving Up R&B

R&B crooner Kenny Lattimore stopped by the WHUR studios to catch up with Michel Wright. The two talked about his teenage son with singer Chante Moore, KJ, trials he endured within the music industry, and his excitement about his upcoming project.

The Grammy-nominated singer shared that during his hiatus, he was strongly considering moving on from R&B music. He felt his last album Anatomy Of A Love Song did not receive the recognition and support it deserved. Kenny thought the album should have been more successful but the support from the label was just not there.

We’re excited to hear Kenny is working on new music after a two year hiatus and his current single “Push” is giving fans that classic, smooth, soul bearing sound that is genuinely Kenny.

In this video, he takes us behind-the-scenes of his music video for “Push.”
