Authorities in Stafford, Virginia say the man who rear-ended a woman Monday and then dragged from her vehicle and raped for hours, left a shirt at the scene. Sheriff’s office spokeswoman M.C. Morris Moncure is hoping this news evidence will help them find the sexual predator. Police say the suspect speaks Spanish and spoke broken English.

It’s 6 days before the general election. A new national ABC/Washington Post tracking poll has Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton 46 to 45% among likely voters. Today Trump will be in Florida and Clinton has stops in Arizona and Nevada. Early voting resumes at 8 in Maryland and 8:30 in DC. In Virginia residents can request an “In-Person Absentee Ballot”.
