At 9:30 Howard County Police will update the public on the capture of escaped prisoner David Watson. Watson who had been on the run after breaking free from guards a week ago during a hospital transfer was found yesterday. Watson was in a 18-inch drainage pipe in a wooded area in Jessup, Maryland.

Republican leaders in the house move to vote on replacing Obamacare…

House GOP leaders will try again today to pass a healthcare measure to replace Obamacare. If it passes, it will then head to the Senate, where its future in unclear. One big concern is whether the bill provides enough protections for people with pre-existing conditions who are covered by current law.
