Charles County Prosecutors file a dozen more child sex abuse charges against a teacher’s aide….

Prosecutors in Charles County have filed an additional 64 child sex abuse charges against former teacher’s aide Carlos Bell. Bell who is HIV positive now faces 206 charges up for 119 in July in 42 separate cases involving middle school boys from Benjamin Stoddert Middle School in Waldorf.

Greenbelt Police say they will not charge the student who sent a picture of a BB gun to another student which prompted school officials at Eleanor Roosevelt to step up security. Officials say it was not a credible threat.
