Comedian Charlie Murphy Dead At 57

Stand-up comedian and actor Charlie Murphy has died after an ongoing battle with leukemia. He was just 57.

TMZ reports Murphy’s family is shocked and thought his condition was improving. Murphy’s manager confirmed his death Wednesday morning. Charlie Murphy was the older brother of comedian Eddie Murphy.

Murphy was on tour with some of the industry’s biggest names including Cedric The Entertainer, Eddie Griffin, and George Lopez.
