Faulty Wiring Is The Cause Of A 6-Year-Old Being Electrocuted At MGM National Harbor, Bill Cosby Spent His First Night In Prison

Faulty wiring is the cause of a 6-year-old being electrocuted at MGM National Harbor…

The Washington Post has reported the findings around the execution of a 6-year-old little girl this summer who touched a lighted handrail at MGM National Harbor.

The preliminary assessment acquired by the Post shows that the child was shocked because of improper wiring. The report states that the hook up to the handrail was installed incorrectly allowing 120 watts to go through the child when she touched the lighted handrail. Several other code violations were found. MGM has since disconnected all of the wiring and they made changes to connections identified.

The 6-year-old little girl was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. She has been in the hospital since the incident in July. Family members say she is improving but they admit she has a long way to go. She attends Barstow Elementary School in Prince Frederick, Maryland where students and staff are awaiting her return.

The Prince George’s County Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement says they have launched a “forensic investigation” to look further into the matter. MGM has since disconnected all LED lighting as a precaution on handrails in the Potomac Plaza. MGM officials are cooperating with county officials to solve and prevent this from happening again.

Bill Cosby spent His first night in prison…

Bill Cosby woke up this morning behind bars. Yesterday a Pennsylvania judge denied him bail and sent him immediately to jail for his conviction of drugging and sexually assaulting a former Temple University staffer in his home in 2004.

The 81-year-old has been ordered to spend 3 to 10 years in a maximum security prison for his crime. His attorney’s say they will appeal.

This morning we have learned that for his first meal the once legendary and beloved tv dad was served jello. Cosby will be evaluated by prison officials to determine where he will spend his time at the state prison. There is a chance after evaluation because of his age and failing health he could be transferred to a lower level prison also in the state.

Cosby has to pay $250,000 dollars in his legal fee’s, a $25,000 dollar fine and the cost for the prosecution team as well.
