Federal Judge rules in favor of CNN over White House…

A federal judge has ruled that the White House must restore the media credentials of CNN Veteran Jim Acosta. After the ruling was made Acosta spoke briefly saying he was thankful and that he was ready to get back to work.

The is a limited ruling by Judge Timothy Kelly. He said that the broader issue involving the First Amendment rights can be taken up at a later date. Earlier this month the White House striped Acosta of his credentials. They accused him of inappropriate behavior because he refused to give an intern the mic phone he was using to
ask the President a question during a press conference.

DC Police seek 5th suspect in Makiyah Wilson’s death…

The FBI is adding an additional $20,000 to the already $25,000 dollar reward for information in the shooting death of 10-year-old Makiyah Wilson.

Yesterday 24-year-old Mark Price of Southeast was charged with First Degree Murder in her July 16th death. Price was already in jail for murder on an unrelated case. Earlier this week three others charged in the death of Wilson were ordered to remain in jail without bond.
