Trump called the Obama deal “terrible and misguided.”

Trump Tweets On Russia Probe

According to President Trump, he’s being investigated for firing FBI Director James Comey. In a morning tweet, Trump said he is being investigated by “the man who told me to fire the FBI Director.” That appears to be a reference to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. Meanwhile, Rosenstein is warning Americans to be wary of news reports that quote anonymous sources. In a statement put out last night, he urged people to “exercise caution” when evaluating such stories.

Jurors Ask More Questions In Cosby Trial

The jury in the Bill Cosby sexual assault trial is still trying to break their deadlock and reach a decision in the case. This morning they asked the judge to explain further what is reasonable doubt and also asked if they could hear the part of his sealed testimony repeated. The judge sent the jury home last night after more than 40 hours of deliberations. Earlier, the jury reported that they were deadlocked and could not reach a verdict, but the judge had them continue deliberating. The judge refused a defense request for a mistrial. The 79-year-old comedian is charged with drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004.
