Hurricane Matthew is picking up strengthen as it heads towards Florida…

25 People have been killed by Hurricane Matthew, that number is expected to increase. The category 3 storm is hitting the Bahamas this morning. Forecasters say it will increase to a Category 4 when it makes land fall in south Florida late tonight or early tomorrow morning. 2 million residents along the eastern coast are being urged to evacuate. State of Emergencies have been declared in Florida, Georgia & the Carolina’s.

NSA contractor remains in jail for stealing classified codes…

The FBI probe into a federal contract with NSA accused of stealing top secret codes remains the focus for agents this hour. 51 year old Harold Martin III remains in jail charged with stealing government property. Officials are trying to figure out what Martin was planning to do with the information collected.

DC Police search for the shooter in a murder in N.E. last night…

Homicide detectives in DC are looking for the suspect who shot a man in the head last night in the Fort Lincoln community in NE. The victim later died at a nearby hospital. He has not been identified.
