DC Students

Thousands of District students returned to classes this morning. City officials say this school year they are seeing an increase in student enrolled. Drivers meantime are being urged to slow down and watch for students crossing the roads.

Prince George’s Murder

Prince George’s County police have issued an arrest warrant for a 17-year-old wanted in the killing of another teen. Police say Chet Jarrett, Jr. is charged as an adult in the Friday murder of 17-year-old Jajuan McGrae of Glen Dale.

American Heroes

Three Americans and a Briton are being hailed as heroes for taking down a gunman aboard a train in France over the weekend.  The trio was presented with Medals of Honor by France’s president this morning.
