Look for more traffic disruption as Michael Brown protesters return to DC

Right now, Michael Brown protesters are gathered outside of the U.S. Capitol. They are calling on lawmakers to make changes to prevent what happened to Michael Brown from every happening again. Saturday, The Reverend Al Sharpton has called for a March on Washington. It will start at Freedom Plaza and end at the Department of Justice.

Royal fever hits DC

The White House is preparing for a Royal visit from Buckingham Palace today. Prince William will meet with President Obama in the Oval Office this morning. Then William will speak at a conference at the World Bank, before returning to New York City to join his wife.

A mother with her infant child are carjacked at a metro station parking garage

Prince George’s County Police are searching for a Tan Toyota Rav 4 with MD tag 25907M1. On Sunday a woman taking her child out of the SUV at the New Carrollton Metro Station Parking Garage was approached by a man with a gun. He told her to leave her purse and he fled in her vehicle. The victims were not injured.
