There may be more than one sexual predator in Arlington, Va on the loose…

Arlington County, Virginia Police are issuing a warning to woman to travel in pairs. The advisory follows four sexual assaults in two weeks. The most recent attempt happened on Saturday night on Highland Street. She was able to fight him off.

A “State of Emergency” in Ferguson, MO., 23 arrests were made…

A State of Emergency remains in effect for Furguson, Missouri following a fourth night of protests which began peaceful and ended with 23 arrests when bottles and rocks were thrown at police, meanwhile, The National Association of Black Journalist and the Washington Post are lashing out against the Ferguson Police Department for charging reporter Wesley Lowery with trespassing charged during his coverage of the death of Michael Brown last year. The “Post” is calling the charge outrageous and an abuse of police authority. NABJ is calling on prosecutors to drop the charges.

DC Mayor Bowser leads a safety walk with police and the community…

DC Mayor Muriel Bowser and DC police are planning to take part in a community safety police walk this afternoon. It will start at 5:30 at Eastern High School.
