Mayor Bowser secures $155 (M) for two DC projects…

DC Mayor Bowser is China and she’s making deals despite some controversy here at home over a PAC & her sudden support for the Pepco/Exelon merge. The Bowser administration has announced they have secured $155 (M) from China to support to two local project in DC, the S.W. Water Front and Skyland Town Center.

Police call of the search for two men wanted for stabbing a 10 year old…

Prince George’s County investigators say the story that two men knocked on the door of an apartment in a gated community in Riverdale yesterday, asked for money and then stabbed a 10 year old girl –is not adding up. They have stopped the search for two men and are now questioning the 15 year old sibling that was home at the time of the incident.

A Va family sues police for the death of a loved one who was tasered by police repeatedly…

Lawyers are set to appear today for a civil hearing into the repeated tasing of a handcuffed African American man. Officers were only supposed to take 46 year old Linwood Lambert to the hospital. The video which just surfaced showed 4 Virginia Police repeatedly tasing the unarmed and handcuff man. Lambert died an hour after the incident began.
