More protest in Baltimore lead to 12 arrest overnight…

Protesters could return to City Hall in Baltimore today. This morning 12 protesters who refused to leave the building following a city council committee vote on making the Interim Police Commissioner Kevin Davis permanent were arrested. The full council will make a final vote on his appointment next week.

Bed bugs close Md’s Comptroller Office again…

150 employee’s who work at the Maryland Comptroller’s Office are on paid leave –this after blood sucking bed bugs have been found yet again inside of their officer building. Employee’s will be paid through Friday.

A multi-state massive earthquake drill is planned for today…

At 10:15 this morning, millions in our area will participate in a huge earthquake drill, which calls for people to stop, take cover and hold on. It’s all apart of the
Great Southeast Shakeout.

Growing up in a military family, Taylor Thomas lived overseas until she was 16 years old. She called places such as Great Britain and the Philippines home. For a time, Taylor even spoke with a British accent. Well now she resides in the DC area and for the past three years has worked as the news anchor for The Steve Harvey Morning Show on WHUR. Recently, Taylor has adopted the Washington Redskins as her most loved pro sports team.
