Bill Cosby has a new court date…

Bill Cosby’s attorney is speaking out –a day after her famous client was charged with sexually assaulting a woman in his home in Pennsylvania 12 years ago. Attorney Monique Pressley spoke on NBC’s “Today” show and said that her client is not guilty and that there will be no consideration on their part on any short of arrangement. Cosby is due back in court on January 14th.

Black Lives DMV prepare to shutdown Chinatown for Sandra Bland & Tamir Rice…

Black Lives DMV is planning to shut down Chinatown on this last day of the year. It’s in response to two separate grand jury’s deciding not to indict the police involved in the deaths of Sandra Bland and Tamir Rice. Tonight 7pm protest will take place at 7th and “H” Streets in NW.

Tonight millions will celebrate the coming of the New Year. For the first time locally Miller Lite is covering metro bus and train fares for those who have had too much to drink. In addition, Soberride will offer free cab rides home up to $30 by calling 1-800-200-taxi.
