The search for answers in the body of a woman found on a busy roadway
Saturday night in Upper Marlboro continues today. Md State Police spokeswoman Elena Russo says there is alot of “what if’s”. The victim has been identified as 33 year old Tiffany Storey. She was found lying in the road Saturday night near the route 4 exit ramp on 301 North bound.

Jury selection begins in 2nd Baltimore Police Officer trial in Freddie Gray trail…

On the start of jury selection for Baltimore Police Officer Caesar Goodson comes word that a Maryland Appeals Court has ruled fellow Officer William Porter will not have to testify in his trial. Goodson was the driver of the police transport van that Gray was in when he suffered a fatal neck injury. He also faces the most serious charge of the 6 officers charged in Gray’s death.

Bowser announces a plan to crack down on Human Trafficking…

DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is set to hold an 11 am press conference this morning to announce a new partnership with Homeland Security to crack down on human trafficking in the District. Today’s announcement coincides with National Human Trafficking Awareness Day.
