Winter weather returns to our area…

It looks like a winter wonder land outside as the light snow continues
to fall. The roads for the most part are just wet. We remain under a
“Winter Weather Advisory” until 10. In St. Mary’s you will remain under a “Winter Storm Warning” until 10 this morning.

Volunteer teacher’s aide due in Federal court on child pornography…

The 22 year old volunteer teacher’s aide who has admitted to sexually abusing over a dozen school kids is due in Federal Court today. Deonte Carraway is set to answer to 13 new federal exploitation charges.

Prince George’s County School bus driver charged with human trafficking…

A Prince George’s County School bus driver and another man have been charged with pimping out a 16 year old. 36 year old Raleigh McClam and 22 year old Saivon Sharpe have been charged with sex trafficking. McClam who drove a school bus for Prince George’s County is out on bond. He faces up to 175 years in prison.

Former DC Mayor Vincent returns to politics…

Tomorrow at 1 former DC Mayor Vincent Gray returns to politics. Gray plans to officially kick of his campaign for the Ward 7 Council Seat currently held by Yvette Alexandria. The event will be held at a church on Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue in N.E.
