New developments in cop death in Prince George’s County…

The Prince George’s County police officer shot and killed by one of his own is being remembered as a hero today. Chief of Police Hank Stawinski says Jacai Colson was visiting a friend at the district 3 station when he came upon the shooter. Colson was wearing plain clothing and he did not have on a bullet proof vest. Investigators say Michael Ford was the gunman and that he wanted to commit suicide by cop. He remains in the hospital. His two younger brothers who reportedly recorded the shooting could make their first court appearance today.

Montgomery Co. lawmakers get tough on parents who give kids alcohol…

Law makers in Montgomery County are moving forward with a bill to punish adults who allow kids to drink at parties hosted by them. It follows the death of two Wooton High School students who died after leaving a friends house were alcohol was provided. The bill calls for 1 year in prison and a $5,000.

It’s a make it or break Super Tuesday…

5 states and 6 candidates —it’s the final and most important Super Tuesday Primaries today for the candidates seeking the White House. Florida & Ohio are winner take all states for the GOP. By days end we could very well know who is in and who’s out of the race for President.
