Metro rail is back to normal…

It’s been smooth sailing pretty much this morning on Metro rail for commuters. During yesterday’s surprise total shutdown inspectors discovered 26 different problems, 3 of which were severe, including exposed cables and water in the tunnels. All the repairs have been made.

A big fire delays dozens in Marlow Heights…

A 3 alarm fire has displaced 26 children and adults in Marlow Heights. Fire crews were called to the 48-hundred block of St. Barnabus road around 7 last night were they found smoke bellowing out of the apartment building. Thankfully no one was hurt. The Red Cross is helping out.

Police shooting in Palmer Park was a case of mistaken identity….

P.G.Co. Police Chief Hank Stawanski admits to the public that a police officer mistakenly shot undercover narcotics Officer Jacai Colson on Sunday. Colson was dressed in plain clothes when he approached the shoot out between Michael Ford and police. Bond was denied yesterday for two of Ford’s brothers.

Trump warns of riots if he is not given GOP nomination…

On Fox News’ “The O’Reilly Factor” Donald Trump warned that their could be rioting if he is not given his parties presidential nomination at the Cleveland GOP Convention. Hillary Clinton continues on the campaign trail and Bernie Sanders weighs his options following big losses on Super Tuesday.
