An arrest is made in fatal stabbing of a pregnant women in Takoma Park…

An arrest has been made in the fatal stabbing of a pregnant woman found in a takoma park apartment on Wednesday. Theirry Nkusu has been charged in the murder of 36 year old Maria Mbunga. Dr’s were not able to save the unborn child.

Metro announces red line delays through the weekend…

Starting at 10 this morinng Metro will begin vital maintenance work on the Red Line to address some of the arcing problems that have plagued the system. Trains will single track from 10 am to 3 pm and then 8 tonight through Sunday between Van Ness and Medical Center.

Tv station bomber did not actually have explosives…

We are learning more about the man who walked into a Baltimore TV station & threatend to blow it up with the bomb vest he was wearing. It turned out to be a fake. The father of 25 year old Alex Brizzi says he is not mentally ill but he did
recently suffer a mental “break”. Brizzi who was shot by police is recovering at an area hospital.
