Criminal charges have been filed against a Prince George’s County Police Officer for assaulting his girlfriends 3 year old son. The toddler was spanked so hard that he hit his head against a wall and became unconscious. Officer Francesco Marlett has been suspended without pay.

DC investigators identify metro bus hijacker…

The search for answers in yesterday’s bizarre fatal metro bus hijacking continues. Police have arrested 30 year old Keith Loving, for stabbing the bus driver, stealing the bus and hitting and killing a pedestrian. It’s an unusual case says DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier. The victim has been identified as 40 year old Anthony Payne.

Ted Cruz gives up, Donald Trump looks to November…

Ted Cruz has dropped out of the race after loosing the Indiana primary yesterday to Donald Trump. Trump is calling himself the presumptive GOP nominee. He is focusing now on Hillary Clinton. Bernie Sanders defeated Clinton in the Indiana primary and despite the fact that she has 92% of the delegates needed to become the nominee–Sanders says he still sees a path to the nomination & he is not going anywhere.
