DC investigators release surveillance image of possible X2 metro bus gunman

District police have released a surveillance picture of a man wanted for the shooting of two people on a metrobus Sunday night. The incident happened on the X2 bus near New Jersey Avenue & “H” Street in NW, following an argument at Gallery Place. The victims injuries are not said to be life threatening.

A family of 6 remains missing after a massive house fire

A husband and wife and their four grand children remain missing following a four alarm blaze at their 16,0000 square foot waterfront home in Annapolis. Fire crews say when they arrived Sunday the fire had already collapsed the first and second floors into the basement and it was too unstable for fire fighters to enter. Fowl play is not suspected.

A City Council Candidate is due to turn himself into police

Christopher Barry, the son of the late City Council Member & Mayor Marion Barry is due to turn himself into police as early as today. The Ward 8 City Council Candidate faces misdemeanor charges related to an incident at a PNC Bank in NW last week. He’s accused of threatening a teller and throwing a trash can inside the bank after being told his account was overdrawn.

President Obama delivery’s his annual “State of the Union Address” tonight

All eye’s will be on the U.S. Capitol as President Barack Obama delivers his 6th “State of the Union Address” tonight at 9pm. The Commander and Chief will outline his agenda which will reportedly include immigration reform, tax breaks for the middle class, paid sick leave and free community college. Look for road closures in and around the U.S. Capitol to start at 7.
