Prince George’s County Officials warn if you see smoke, don’t panic…

Residents in Prince George’s county are being reminded that they could see large plums of smoke around the Freeway Airport in Bowie this week. Starting today through Friday from 10 am to 6pm a movie production company will be recreating a plane crash on site. Residents are urged not to call 911.

Baton Rouge Police search for 4th suspect in a plot to kill police…

There’s a massive search this hour for a fourth person wanted in what police say was a creditable threat to shoot & kill police in the Baton Rouge. The revelation was made after 3 suspects were arrested for stealing weapons from a pawn shop on Saturday. 8 weapons were stolen and only 6 have been recovered. The youngest arrested was 13 years old.

President Obama meets today with Civil Right activist and Law Enforcement Officials about easing tensions…

Later today here in Washington, President Obama will meet with law enforcement officials and civil right activist on repairing the trust between police departments and the communities they serve.
