As many as 7 missing following massive apartment explosion…

Fire and EMS crews remain at the scene of a huge explosion at an apartment building in Silver Spring. Montgomery County Fire & Rescue Chief Scott Goldstein confirmed 5 to 7 people remain missing, 30 people have been hospitalized and 90 have been displaced.
