A woman with a rare and highly contagious strand of Tuberculous that is drug resistant is being treated at NIH in Bethesda. Public Health Officials are desperately trying to locate all the people that may have come in contact with the woman, who traveled from India to Chicago in April. She also traveled to Missouri and Tennessee before realizing that she was sick.

DC leaders reach a deal to keep DC United in the city…

DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is set to announce today that she has reached a deal to quickly acquire the land at Buzzard Point for the multimillion dollar soccer stadium. The deal would end the teams consideration of moving to Virginia. Leaders plan to use eminent domain to obtain the land needed for the stadium.

McKinney, Texas Police Officer seen on video shoving a young A.A. girl to the ground is identified…

CNN has released the name of the officer caught on cell phone video pulling his gun on a group of young African American kids and shoving a young African American girl to the ground at a community pool party last week. McKinney, Texas Police Officer Eric Casebolt has been placed on administrative leave pending a full investigation. The Justice Department has been asked to open a civil rights probe into the incident.

For a time, Taylor even spoke with a British accent. Well now she resides in the DC area and for the past three years has worked as the news anchor for The Steve Harvey Morning Show on WHUR.
