The teen who turned himself into police this morning in connect to last weekends shooting in the Shaw neighborhood is due in court later today. 18 year old Marcus King is one of 6 people investigators say were involved in the shooting death of a American University graduate.

Right now, hundreds of DC residents are taking part in Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes-Norton’s annual job fair. The free event is open to DC residents only until 3 this afternoon.

A November 16th trial date has been set for the former University of Cincinnati Campus Police Officer involved in the deadly shooting of a unarmed African American motorist in July, during a traffic stop for a missing license plate. 24 year old Ray Tensing is out on a 1 million dollar bond.
