Paris terrorist ringleader has been killed…

The most wanted terrorist is the world is dead. The mastermind of last weeks terror attacks in Paris was killed during yesterday 11 hour raid and standoff. The French Interior Minister said they did not know that the 27 year old Belgium born national was in Europe before the attacks.

House leaders vote today to block Syrian refugees from coming to America…

GOP House leaders are set to take up a vote to block the Presidents plan to allow up to 10,000 Syrian refugees to enter the U.S.. House Speaker Paul Ryan says this action must be taken. President Obama has already stated that he will veto any legislation that prevents the country from helping others in need.

Right now Metro’s Board Members are swearing in their new General Manager. In a unified vote Paul Wiedefeld was elected to the position. We have reports he will be paid $400 thousand dollars a year and he could receive bonuses based on performance.

Hundreds of petitions for DC’s Universal Paid Leave are presented to the council…

If your in the District of Columbia and you notice a number of people in a super hero costume –its for a good cause. Residents in support of DC Universal Paid Leave Act of 2015 are delivering a petition to law makers calling for 16 weeks of paid family and medical leave. This act applies to DC residents only. As it stands today only 13% of Americans have access to paid family leave.

For a time, Taylor even spoke with a British accent. Well now she resides in the DC area and for the past three years has worked as the news anchor for The Steve Harvey Morning Show on WHUR.
