Scary news over 1,000 schools in Los Angeles, California are closed this morning following a non specific electronic threat. Every school will now undergo a through searched before the system wide closure is lifted.

The City of Baltimore is bracing for the William Porter verdict…

We are awaiting a verdict from the jury in the William Porter trial. This morning the 7 women and 4 men who make up the jury resumed deliberating his fate in connection with the death of 25 year old Freddie Gray. Baltimore Police and City Leaders say they are ready for any unrest following the outcome of the trail. Reverend Keith Bailey of Fulton Heights admits residents are on edge. Williams is the first of 6 former police officers that will go on trial for the death of Freddie Gray.

The death of a DC Special Ed teacher detained by security guards is rule a homicide…

The District Medical Examiner has ruled the death of a DC Special Education teacher detained by two apartment security guards in S.E. last month, as a homicide. 27 year old Alonzo Smith died from “sudden cardiac death” while restrained. The examiner also determined that “compression of his torso” contributed to his death. DC Police plan to later release a statement about the investigation.

Prince George’s County Police ask for the public’s help in solving two separate homicides last night…

Police in Prince George’s County are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information in the death of a man found last night on 53rd Place in Hyattsville. His identity has not released. Homicide detectives are also looking into a man found around the same time on Good Luck Road in Glendale.

The last GOP Presidential debate is tonight…

The last Republican Presidential debate of the year is set to take place tonight at 8:30 in Las Vegas. CNN is set to host tonight’s event. All of the top candidates have alot on the line tonight.
