The Associated Press is reporting that Actor and Comedian Bill Cosby will be charged with with allegedly drugging and violating a former Temple University employee in 2004 near his home in Philadelphia. prosecutors plan to release the details of the charges during a press conference today.

More DC Police will be equipped with body camera’s in 2016. DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is set to sign off on a bill this morning to fund an additional 24-hundred body camera’s for police officers who come in contact with the public. 400 have them already. The cost $5.1 million dollar.

Chicago Mayor announces new changes to the police departments tactics…

Later today Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel will unveil some major changes in tactics and training for Chicago Police Officers. Today’s news conference follows three fatal police shootings of African Americans residents Laquan McDonald, Bettie Jones & Quintonio LeGrier. Protestors gathered at Emanuel’s home again last night calling for him to step down for how he’s handle violence in the city.
