DC Police hold a press conference about this mornings police shooting

DC Police held a press conference this morning about the the exchange of gunfire between police and a robbery suspect in N.W.. That suspect has since died. NBC is reporting the unidentified male shot himself. The probe into the incident is on going.

Christopher Barry is due back in court…

Christopher Barry is set to appear in a DC Superior Courtroom today to answer to charges that he threatened a Chinatown PNC bank teller last month after she informed him his account was overdrawn. He reportedly threw a trash can and broke a security camera. Barry, who is the son of the late Marion Barry, is still running to fill his father’s vacant Ward 8 City Council Seat.

President Obama used a humorous video to remind millennials about the deadline to register for healthcare insurance…

President Barack Obama is using the social media outlet Buzz Feed to make one last humorous push to remind millennials that Sunday, February 15th is the deadline to register for healthcare insurance without penalty. Violators face a $325 fine or 2% of their income.
