Montgomery County police have arrested the roommate of a woman found stabbed to death this week in her North Bethesda apartment on Tuesday. Arrested was Rita
Sanders-Campfield. There’s no word on a motif in the case.

Ferguson police look at filing criminal charges against Michael Brown’s step father

CNN is reporting that the stepfather of Michael Brown is being investigated by the Ferguson, Missouri police department for comments he said following the grand jury’s decision not to indict. Officials say Louis Head could face charges of inciting a riot after comments captured on video. On the tape you can see and hear him yelling “burn this {expletive} down”. Several area businesses were destroyed by fire that night.

A former Dunbar H.S. coach charged with sexually assaulting two students is ordered to stay in jail

A former DC high school basketball coach charged with sexually assaulting two students has been ordered to stay in jail until his trial. Prosecutors say they have evidence that 34 year old Charles Young on N.E. abused the children while working at Dunbar Senior High School. The victims are as young a 15 years old.
