National Guard pull out of the City of Baltimore…

The National Guard is pulling out of the City of Baltimore. The move follows the mayor’s decision on Sunday to lift the city wide curfew two days early. Maryland’s Governor said over 200 businesses were damaged during the rioting. The six officers that were charged with the death of 25 year old Freddie Gray.

Prince George’s County Police Officer learns his fate today on assault charges…

Right now, a judge is deciding the guilty or innocence of Prince George’s County Police Office Charles Pickard. Officer Pickard is charged with assaulting a male student back in 2013 at Suitland High School, as he worked as a resource officer.

Two Republicans announce a run for the White House…

Two more republicans have officially entered the 2016 race for the White House. Carly Fiorina made her announcement this morning on twitter. African American,, retired surgeon Dr. Ben Carson also announced his candidacy today before his hometown supporters in Detroit, Michigan.
