The Orange, Blue and Silver Lines remain close due to smoke in the Rosslyn Metro Station…

It has been a stressful morning to say the least for hundreds of commuters. Metro’s Orange, Blue and Silver lines have been suspended for more than three hours now between Foggy Bottom and Arlington Cemetery and between Foggy Bottom and Clarendon. The reason, smoke in the tunnels at the Rosslyn Metro Station. Bus service is being provided but its not easing the massive crowd of commuters trying to get into the city.

DC search for a possible Uber driver connected to a sexual assault…

A report of a woman kidnapped and assaulted by a Uber driver has alot of people on edge. DC Police are looking into a claim by a woman who says on Sunday she accepted a ride from a man in a vehicle with the Uber decal in the window. She said once inside the vehicle he tried to sexually assaulted her and he would not let her out. The incident happened Sunday at 11th and “G” Streets in N.E..

Funeral services are announced for the DC Fire fighter who died last week putting out a blaze…

Funeral services for DC Fire fighter Lt Keven McRae will be held this Friday at the DC Armory. Lt. McRae who died after rescuing residents from an apartment building fire on 7th Street in NW later collapsed and died. He leaves behind a wife and two kids.
