Startling new details revealed about the 4 bodies found in a burning home in Dc…

Investigators looking into the deaths of 4 people found in a burring home in an affluent neighborhood in NW, say one of the victims had signs of blunt force trauma to the head and smelled of gasoline. The bodies of 3 adults and one child were discovered by fire fighters. They have not been identified. Police are still looking for the person seen driving a blue Porsche 911 seen near the home Thursday morning.

The District lays to rest a hero…

DC Mayor Muriel Boswer, other city leaders and friends and family are gathered at the DC Armory to pay their respects to a local hero. Fire fighter Lt. Kevin McRae collapsed and died after helping to rescue two people from an apartment building fire this month on 7th Street in NW. Lt. McRae leaves behind a wife and two kids.

Investigators obtain a search warrant for the Engineer of this weeks fatal Amtrak derailment….

Investigators have obtained a search warrant for the cell phone of the Engineer of Amtrak train 188 that derailed this week killing 8 and injuring over 200 others. NTSB Officials meanwhile, say they have finally reached the trains Engineer Brandon Bostian and he has agreed to talk to them. They hope to talk to him in the coming days. The first lawsuit from the accident has been filed by an employee and the first funeral for the victims will take place today.

Blues great B.B. King has died…

The 89 year old 15 time Grammy Award winner died in his home in Las Vegas. King had been battling diabetes and recently his health had begun deteriorating.
