MD & VA police arrest 9 for gang related crimes in the area…

Police in Maryland and Virginia are working together to solve a number of missing girl cases. Right now 9 people in custody in Fairfax County in connection with some recent gang activity. They include the 17-year-old who was missing from Alexandria who turned up yesterday and the boyfriend of the teen mother and infant son that went missing for days and later returned home safely. Investigators say it’s a multiple overlapping investigations of gang activity in the region.

Prince George’s County Police are looking for a missing 27-year-old from Seat Pleasant. Rachel Bright was last seen on February 10th in the 800 block of Cedar Heights Drive. You can see an image of her on any of my social media accounts @taylorthomas963

Minnesota judge decides whether to drop manslaughter charges against a police officer in the shooting death of Philandro Castile…

In Minnesota a judge will decide today whether to drop manslaughter charges against Officer Jeronimo Yanez in the shooting death of Philando Castile last July. Yanez says Castile was reaching for his gun. Castile’s girlfriend who captured the events as they unfolded on Facebook live says that was not true. She said he has just told the police officer he had a weapon when he was shot. It was later learned that Castile had a legal permit to carry a weapon.
