Accused Killer Caught

Prince George’s County and District police have teamed up to capture an accused killer, 22-year-old Lexus Henderson.  Henderson is charged with stabbing to death 31-year-old Rafael Frazier last week in Fairmount Heights, Maryland. Police say Henderson killed Frazier after the two men got into an argument at Frazier’s home in the 16-hundred block of Woodhill Court in Fairmount Heights.  Henderson then drove away in Frazier’s car.  Henderson was arrested Wednesday in the District and is awaiting extradiction back to Prince George’s County.


Cab Driver Shot and Killed

Meanwhile, police in Prince George’s are still on the look-out for the killer of a local taxi driver.   Police found Kadir Yahya dead, in his cab, around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning in the 800-block of Balsam Tree Drive in Capitol Heights. Yahya had been shot.  Police say Yaha’s last collected fare was close to 11 o’clock p.m. at the Addison Road metro station.


Remains Of Maryland Boy Found

The search for a 14-month old Frederick, Maryland boy has ended. Wednesday, the body of Cameron Beckford was found, stuffed inside a tote bag, in a Columbus, Ohio creek.   Beckford’s mother, Dainesha Stevens, was arrested and charged with endangering children. Stevens had previously told police that because she could not care for her son, she had left him on a stranger’s front porch in Columbus.
