The search is on in the District for the driver who rammed a U.S. Park Police cruiser this morning. It happened around 4 on Talbert Street in S.E.. The officer leg was injured during the incident. Police are looking for an older model black dodge

The mother of a missing teen from our area is pleading with the public to help them find her daughter. This morning the mother of Makayla Mattei said she took away her daughter’s cell phone before she went missing after noticing she was talking to a strange man online. The FBI which is now involved believes she could be with that man and they may be headed to Georgia where Makayla is from. DUI is number one cause of driving deaths in DC…

Speed is no longer the number one cause of death on the roads in the District. A new AAA Mid Atlantic report shows driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol now takes that title. 63 people were killed between 2011 and 2015. The study
did not list what drugs were a factor in the fatal crashes.
