Admiral Ronny Jackson has formally withdrawn his name from consideration for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs position. Jackson who is President Trump nominee has been on the hot seat following allegations of drinking while on the job, giving out medication without prescriptions and creating a hostile work environment.

Police search for a double homicide suspect in DC…

Homicide detectives in the District are looking for a killer. Just after midnight two adult men were found shot to death in a home on 61st Street in NE. Authorities say the men did not live in the home. There is no word on a suspect.

Another teacher’s aid in Prince George’s Co. is charged with inappropriate conduct with a student…

A teacher’s aid and track coach at Fairmont Height’s High School has been arrested for having an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old from the track team. 23-year-old Charles Wolford has been fired from the school. Wolford also worked at Gladys Spellman Elementary School in Cheverly. Police do not think there are any more victims. The alleged incident happened in the last week and not on school grounds.
