The search continues for suspects in two possibly three ATM robberies…

Several police jurisdictions are working what could be up to 3 attempted ATM robberies today. The search continues this hour for 3 suspects wanted for trying to steal an ATM machine from a Lanham gas station. They lead police on a high-speed chase before jumping out at Pennsylvania and Southern Avenues. It unclear if the 4 am ATM robbery at a Laurel gas station this morning is connected. Sources say a third location could be linked to the robberies. No one was hurt in either incident.

Police in Charles County say the man wanted for shooting a woman last weekend outside of a sports bar in Waldorf has turned himself into police. 333-year-oldCharles Thompson Jr is now facing first-degree murder in the death of Miaquita Gray last Saturday.

Montgomery Co. Police are under fire for not searching for a teen who turned up dead…

Fairfax County police have confirmed the body of a female found on Saturday in Springfield was that of a missing 15-year-old from Gaithersburg. Now Montgomery County Police are being questioned for not put on a search for her. The medical examiner has ruled Damaris Reyes Rivas death as a homicide. She had been missing since December 16th. Reportedly she had ties to a gang.

Republicans rally around Trump’s decision over letting Michael Flynn go…

Republicans are rallying their support behind President Trump’s decision to accept the resignation of National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. Earlier this morning House Speaker Paul Ryan spoke out saying Trump did the right thing.  Ryan said that national security is the most important function a president has.
