School leaders in Charles County discuss recent arrest of a teachers aide for child sexual abuse…

Charles County School leaders and officials are preparing to meet tonight at 7 at Benjamin Stoddert Middle School to further discuss the sexual assault case involving a teachers’ aide. Carlos Bell who has HIV remains in jail on charges of child sex abuse. It’s believed he had sexual contact with at least 10 boys in middle school. On July 18th at a townhall meeting on the arrest will be held at First Baptist Church of St. Charles. On July 28th parents will meet with police and school officials at Stoddert Middle School for the latest in the investigation.
