NTSB Officials are investigation last nights fatal Amtrak accident at Union Station. Two unidentified CSX workers were killed. None of the passengers on the train were injured. Service between DC and Philadelphia has been suspended.

Mayor Bowser holds a rally to bring Gay Games to DC …

Tonight at 6:30 DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is planning to host a rally in support of bringing the Gay Games to the city in 2022. Next year’s event will be held in Paris. DC is among a short list of 3 locations in final consideration. It’s estimated that some 15-thousand athletes and more than 100-thousand people could attend.

President Donald Trump is already preparing for his re election. Tonight at his International Hotel in DC he will hold his first 2020 re-election campaign fundraiser. It’s for his wealthy donors. Donors who give $35-thousand dollars can be apart of his Trump Victory team and those who give $100-thousand dollars can join his host committee.
