It’s unthinkable but DC Police say surveillance cameras at Barnard Elementary School in Northwest prompted the arrest.

Fifty-year-old Jarvis Massenburg of Bowie, Maryland has been placed on leave pending a full investigation. The incident happened on January 17th. It was reported on January 24th and Massenburg was arrested on January 31st.

Massenburg could make his first court appearance today. Sources say the police report indicates that he used his fist, hands and feet to choke the student. He faces simple assault charges in the case.

Two arrested in double homicide on Stewart Lane…

Police in Montgomery County have made an arrested in this weeks mysterious crash that led to the discovery of two bodies in a vehicle.

The suspects are arrest are teens. Eighteen-year-old Dontaye Hunt and 18-year-old Noah Barnett. According to police the fatal shootings were connected to a drug deal gone wrong at White Oak apartment complex. The two suspects have been charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana.

The men killed have been identified as 23-year-old Jordan Radway and 24-year-old Christian Roberts. The medical examiner officer said both of the victims were shot multiple times.
