Metro Settles Two Sexual Harassment Employee Lawsuits

The lawsuit also included claims that Metro unprofessionally handled these cases.

Metro has been ordered to pay two female employees for cases of sexual harassment.

Arlancia Williams the first victim is set to receive her settlement Monday. In 2016 after reporting her bus division supervisor of sexual harassment she claimed she lost out on a job assignment she was due to receive.

The second sexual harassment victim reported her incident in 2016 as well saying she was harassed by a bus division supervisor. After reporting him she was demoted from her position by Metro.


The lawsuit also included claims that Metro unprofessionally handled these cases.

The agency has been ordered to pay each victim $200,000.
