The man accused of shooting into several cars on Eastern Avenue on May 15th has been identified by DC police. Authorities say the shooter is Kenneth Miles Davis, Jr. Police found Davis’ car today, but he is still on the loose. Police say one of the cars Davis shot into was driven by a woman with two small children in the back. The woman was struck by one of the bullets but survived. No one else was hurt. Police are calling for Davis to turn himself in.
