Promising News In The Treatment For Sickle Cell Disease

It is a painful and sometimes debilitating disease… often affecting people of color.  It’s also a disease we’ve been hearing about for many, many decades.  September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month .  The disease remains a major health issue for nearly 100-thousand Americans.
