Metro Union Votes For Strike Authorization

The back and forth between metro workers and management ticked way up this week with a union vote to authorize a strike.  But it hasn’t happened yet.  Will there be one?  What are the contentious issues surrounding the D.C. metro’s embattled public transportation system?
