Bro. Patrick Ellis would it be possible that you Please mention this message on your upcoming show, on 08 May, 2011. I (Bro. Fred Nokes of the Reid Temple A. M. E. Church in Glenn Dale, Maryland), is the youngest Brother of Larry Sylvester Nokes. My Pastor is Rev. Dr.Lee P. Washington.

    From Bro. Fred Nokes:
Brother Larry Sylvester Nokes has gone HOME to God on 04 May, 2011. Bro. Larry Sylvester Nokes did listen often to the Sunday Morning Gospel Show and often listen during the week, also. On today around 4:30 pm my Brother Larry Sylvester Nokes (Bro. Frederick Nolan Nokes and Father of Melissa, Sherrie, and Tamasha Nokes from Manassas, Virginia), condition did take a change for the worse and he has gone home to be with God, our Lord Jesus Christ. Praise is to God that his Holy Spirit has found Favor with our Family and I and his Daughters (Melissa, Sherri and Tamasha) were at his side during the move of God. As our Father God was my Brother, I really felt something at about 6:30 am this morning that woke me up and I did not realize that today was my Brother's day to go HOME which art in HEAVEN. I rejoice in knowing that the Lord Jesus Christ was receiving his child (Larry Sylvester Nokes), was being received back to the/our Father God.

But, I am aware that God has his hand on my Bro. Larry Sylvester Nokes, as a matter of Fact, he is with God tonight. So I am asking for the members of the Reid Temple Family to join us in Prayer.

We thank you all in advance, for your Powerful prayers during these times, and as we are faced with the "Happening in our Families", we pray that God will bless each and every one of us.

You can also send your prayer message to my niece Sherri Nokes at: Sherri Nokes-Allen, mrmrsallen@netzero.com.

Here is the prayer we (the Nokes Family), that we offer to God:

Father God, Thank You for always being there for me and our family, no matter what we face. I know you will never fail any of us, even in my most intense trials and as we prepare ourselves for what may happen concerning Bro. Larry Nokes. I have not always understood why we or sometimes what we go through with certain things; however, we do not have to understand it, because you are God and you are in control, in spite of our lack of understanding. I know that all you require of me is to trust you, and look to you in faith and you will come and save me and our Family, and all of us (your children), and bring our Families an answer.

You always have, and you always will, because you are faithful. You never fail any of us who look to you. I have failed You, Lord, by my doubt and unbelief at times, but you have never failed me. Lord, please remove all the sorrow and grief we feel at this moment for our Brother Larry Nokes; in our heart and help us to trust you more. Fill this empty place in all of our hearts with more of Your Holy Spirit.

God we pray that your Grace and Mercy will continue to wrap around your Child, Brother Larry Sylvester Nokes and our Family.

Father we ask these things in the name of your only begotten son the Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen
Thank you for spreading this message and May God continue to find Favor with you as you Help, us All.

    Good Afternoon Mr Ellis!

I so enjoy listening to your inspirational music on Sunday mornings! I'm writing for my mom, Dorothy Curry. The message we would like to have read is as follows:

"In memory of Roger Eugene Curry, beloved husband, father and grandfather, departed suddenly on Aoril 30, 2008. Your family loves and misses you. Your spirit will live in our hearts always.

Your wife Dorothy, and children Michael, Lajuan, Rodney and Cynthia"

Thank you for delivering this message, and may God continue to bless you while you continue to bless others with your music and messages...
